We contacted them to come and clean our home in Conrad, they never said anything about a prewalk through and when they did come they didn’t clean the kitchen pantry that was open to the kitchen. They also did not wash the doors but did wash the walls, And also didn’t vacuum the blinds, when asked about these things they said it was not put down on the contract and that a prewalk through was not done. As stated above they never said anything about a prewalk through to begin with. They also left mud and grime in the kitchen sink. Threw away a small rack for the convention microwave oven, when I brought this up to the manager he said that it is probably in your garbage and I should go look for it. I said the crew had thrown it in a city bin somewhere and could not find it. The manager then said it was out of the scope of their services, told me to stop yelling at him but I was not yelling and hung up the phone. They also didn’t clean the kitchen floor properly because they did not clean the grout between the tiles.

I was excited to hear ServiceMaster was awarded our cleaning contract at work. They have been cleaning here for several years and we are always pleased with their service. The staff are friendly and hard working. They also clean my home. I have them come every year to clean furniture, carpets etc.... I would highly recommend them!

This place needs to teach their employees how to drive. They recklessly pull out in front of people when they turn onto River Drive and then they immediately slam their brakes almost causing accidents.
